DNS Manager – Advanced Tools

Your initial DNS settings are preconfigured to use your Network Solutions services. Advanced users, however, may wish to modify these settings in order to add new hosts to the domain, change IP addresses, or modify where e-mail is delivered.

DNS Manager – Advanced Tools gives you more control and flexibility by enabling you to make DNS changes yourself, so you do not have to wait for your ISP or Web hosting company to make the changes.

In order to take advantage of the free Network Solutions DNS Manager – Advanced Tools, domain names must be registered with Network Solutions and hosted on Network Solutions name servers.

To transfer domain names to Network Solutions:

• Click the Domains left menu tab
• Click Transfer Existing, and follow the instructions
• If the domain you want to manage is registered with Network Solutions, but is pointing to outside name servers, you can switch to Network Solutions servers when you access DNS Manager – Advanced Tools
