Check e-mail

You can manage your e-mail account on your computer through an e-mail program (POP3) such as Microsoft® Outlook, or you can access your e-mail messages through Network Solutions Webmail.

To set up a POP3 e-mail account

  1. Click the E-Mail left menu tab
  2. Click Manage E-Mail
  3. Near the top of the page, click Use Our Wizard to employ the Network Solutions POP3 set-up wizard
  4. Alternatively, click View Instructions to follow the POP3 e-mail set-up instructions, or access our E-Mail User Guide for more details

To use Network Solutions® Webmail

You can check your e-mail on the Internet, by entering the word "mail" and then your domain name. For example, if your e-mail address is at jimsbikes.com you would enter "mail.jimsbikes.com" into the address bar of your Web browser.

To access Webmail from within Account Manager:

  1. Click the E-Mail left menu tab
  2. Click Manage E-Mail
  3. Click Check Webmail to the right of any of your e-mailbox names
  4. Your Webmail opens in a new browser window
