Set Up E-Mailboxes

If you have active e-mail service with Network Solutions®, you can set up or add additional e-mailboxes from with in Account Manager. For more details about your e-mail service, view the E-Mail User Guide.

Set up e-mailboxes

  1. Click the E-Mail left menu tab
  2. Click Manage E-Mail
  3. If you have unassigned e-mailboxes, the alert status shown at the top of the page will prompt you to set up the mailbox(es).
  4. Click on Go at the alert prompt
  5. Enter an e-mailbox name and password
  6. Click Save

To add an e-mailbox

  1. Click the E-Mail left menu tab
  2. Click Manage E-Mail
  3. Click Add Mailboxes
  4. Follow instructions to select a hosting package
  5. Click Go
  6. Enter e-mailbox name and password
  7. Click Save

To delete an e-mailbox

  1. Click the E-Mail left menu tab
  2. Click Manage E-Mail
  3. Click the e-mailbox you want to delete to view its detail page
  4. At the bottom of the page, click Delete Mailbox (Note: you will lose all e-mail messages stored with the e-mailbox once deleted).

To manage e-mailbox aliases

  1. Click the E-Mail left menu tab
  2. Click Manage E-Mail
  3. Click the e-mailbox to view its detail page
  4. In the Manage Aliases section, enter as many as three unique aliases for the e-mailbox
  5. Click Update

Note: You cannot create an alias that is the same as another e-mail address for the same domain name.

To print a list of e-mailboxes

  1. Click the E-Mail left menu tab
  2. Click Manage E-Mail
  3. Click Print List at the bottom of the page
  4. Preview the list
  5. Click Print, and respond to the dialogue box
