Auto Renew

Network Solutions provides an Auto Renew feature to simplify your renewal process. Auto Renew helps to protect your domain name registrations and other services from a possible lapse in service and from potential deletion if you accidentally forget to renew your services.

When you turn on Auto Renew, it:

• Gives you more control and peace of mind, knowing that your domain name registrations and other services are safely renewing year after year
• Simplifies your renewal process by reducing the number of renewal notices you receive

For services that renew annually, Network Solutions will send a reminder up to 105 days before the expiration date reminding you that your services will automatically renew, giving you enough time to review your credit card information if necessary. At 45 days before the expiration date, the credit card on file will be charged the current rate for the service(s) which will be renewed for the same term the service(s) were last registered or renewed. Monthly services automatically renew monthly. To ensure continuation of service, please be certain you have a valid credit card on file.

Only the Account Holder/Primary Contact and Account Administrative Contact of record on the account can activate and edit the Auto Renew feature.

To activate Auto Renew

1. Click the Renewal Center left menu tab
2. Select All Services from the Show Services Expiring drop-down menu
3. Click the check box next to each service for which you want to activate Auto Renew, or click the check box next to the Service Name column heading to select all of your services at once
4. Click Auto Renew

Note: You also can click Quick Renew and follow the instructions to manually enter and renew services.

To turn Auto Renew on or off

1. Click the Renewal Center tab
2. Click either Turn On Auto Renew or Turn Off Auto Renew
