Renewal Center

All account contacts can renew services as long as they enter a valid credit card or a credit card ID number (security PIN number) for the credit card on file.

In the Renewal Center, you can:

• View all services that are eligible for renewal
• Sort services that will expire within the next 180 to 30 days
• Identify services that have already expired

To quickly select services to renew

1. Click the Renewal Center left menu tab
2. To view all services or to sort services expiring in the next 180 to 30 days, select an option from the Show Services Expiring drop-down menu
3. Click the check boxes for the service or services to renew
4. Click Renew
